^ I don't hate Percy. In fact, he is my favorite Weasley. Look at my avatar. I don't get why people hate Percy so much. He is like the modern DD in a lot of ways, except that he didn't estrange himself for love. He estranged himself from his family for his ambitions, and I find that to be a much more acceptable reason than stupid, flighty, puppy love.

Also, his mistakes never lead to the deaths of any of his family members. If you're going to hate anyone for making bad choices, then hate DD. His choices had much worse consequences than Percy's.
